Good Evening, The market enjoyed another day in the green as the tech sector gave stocks a boost. Also adding to the positive sentiment was investors optimism that a trade deal will soon be reached with China. The self imposed deadline for a deal before new sanctions are imposed is March 30th. The prevailing thought is that a deal will be reached when Presidents  Trump and Jinping meet later this month. Technically speaking, the S&P 500 reached a positive technical level when it’s 5 EMA passed up through it’s 200 EMA. It is considered bullish when a stock or index trades above it’s 200 day moving average.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a gain of +0.98%. For comparison, the Dow added +0.70%, The Nasdaq +1.15%, and the S&P 500 +0.68%. Praise God for another good day!
