Good Evening, The market has entered a trading range while it tries to decide what to do. It is neither bullish nor bearish as it consolidates recent gains and awaits the next market moving even which in my humble opinion will be new developments on the trade negotiations with China. The major indices were pretty flat and uneventful today with the exception of the small cap Russell 2000 which put up a nice gain of +0.84%. That was largely due to a push in the industrials effected by trade with China. Of course, the S Fund that we are invested in benefited from the out performance of mid and small cap industrials as well. Hey, we’ll take it!

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a gain of +0.60%. For comparison, the Dow slipped -0.21%, the Nasdaq added +0.13%, and the S&P 500 eked out a gain of +0.07%. Praise God for our good day!

 

Wall Street wavers as investors eye trade talks, growth fears

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Buy, I-Neutral, F-Buy. We are currently invested at 100/S. Our allocation is now +2.87% on the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:
