Good Evening, The market received a a triple boost from the news today. First the jobs report came in solid with over 300,000 jobs being created in February. Adding to that piece of news was the fact that wage growth came in a little flat. That created a Goldilocks situation in that that the job creation was good but the wage growth was not strong enough to cause inflation. Second, we had a less aggressive stance from the Trump administration on tariffs and third there was news of a meeting being planned between President Trump and North Korean leader KIm Jong Un. Of particular interest to investors was Kim Jong Un’s pledge to refrain from nuclear testing until the meeting is held. There you have it, the market rallied triple digits on triple tail winds. It was a great day to be invested!

The rally left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment made up some lost ground with a hefty gain of +1.74%. For comparison, the Dow was up +1.77%, the Nasdaq +1.79%, and the S&P 500 +1.74%. Praise God for a wonderful day!!

The weeks action left us with the following signals: C-buy, S-Buy, I-Neutral, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/C. Our allocation is now +1.81% on the year not including the days gains. Here are the latest posted results:

Good Afternoon, We talked last week about Jerome Powell’s speech at Jackson Hole Wyoming being a possible inflection point for the market and that’s exactly what it ended up being. The Fed chairman gave a somewhat dovish address in which he noted that  “the baseline outlook and the shifting balance of risks may warrant adjusting…
