This market is like a yo-yo. A lot of movement but not really going anywhere.
Here’s what the S&P 500 (C-Fund) looked like today:
A slight gain on average volume. Note that the PMO still has a negative crossover of its 20 EMA. This must improve to get a solid buy signal. It would also be nice if we had some separation of the between the 20 and 5 EMA’s. All in all, the index is still in good shape. Not a lot of damage done during this latest dip. The I Fund took the worst hit of the TSP Funds, but that probably means that it has the most room to run if this upside can continue.

Nothing new to add. The charts are bent but not broken. We’ll continue to watch them all with a wary eye toward the I-Fund. That’ all for tonight. Have a nice evening. Enjoy the NCAA March Madness!
Oh yeah and Go Cats!!
God bless,
Scott8-)

Those future contributions should always be 100% G Fund. That automatically protects your…

Good afternoon and welcome to this guest update. For those who don’t know me, I’m Jacqueline Smith, Scott’s daughter. I’ve learned a great deal about his technical approach over the years and he’s asked me to share our current analysis while he is on a well-deserved retreat to some of our beautiful National Park Service…

Good Morning, I’d like to say that everything is changed and we are now moving on to a new phase of this market, but we are not. This market continues to be controlled by tariff negotiations, inflation and the Fed as it has been for several months now. It is more important than ever to…
