Good Evening, The market was unable to stay in the green today, but ended the month higher. This is the first month since before the 1st of the year to do so. The days trading left us with the following signals: Our TSP allotment moved back -0.20%. For comparison, the Dow lost  -0.18%, the Nasdaq broke even at +0.01%, and the S&P 500 fell back -0.20%.
