Good Evening, Investors reconsidered their rash decisions to dump stocks yesterday afternoon as the market moved up this morning. However, the market pared it’s gains in the afternoon session as investors found something new to worry about. President Trump meeting with President Xi Jinping of China. Their main concern is how global trade between the worlds two largest economies might be effected and to a lesser degree how China and the US will cooperate in dealing with the rogue nation of North Korea. Also, don’t forget tomorrows jobs report. If the report is good and no negative news comes out of Mar-a-Largo (President Trumps Retreat) then I expect the market to rally. If not, well you get the picture…..

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment managed a slight gain of +0.02%. For comparison the Dow was up +0.07%, the Nasdaq +0.25%, and the S&P 500 +0.19%. Tomorrow will likely bring a larger move….one way or the other.

Wall Street posts slight gain, investors anxious on Trump-Xi meet
