Good Evening, The market spent the day working it’s way lower on Geo-political concerns and a Trump comment about the dollar being too high. One thing I noticed during todays trading that is a change in recent patterns was that most of the dip buyers failed to show up which left stocks to close near their lows. Does this mean we’re starting a bear market? It’s way too early to make a call like that. However, any change in the current pattern is a reason to raise our level of attention. Recent trading has had negative bias and it’s not likely to improve much until we get through a crisis or two (i.e. Syria and North Korea).  One thing that did help us some today was the drop in the dollar after Trumps comments. That resulted in some badly needed out performance by the I Fund. Sometimes we have to take small victories where we can get them.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment slipped back -0.08%. That’s not bad when compared to the Dow which dropped -0.29%, the Nasdaq -0.52%, the S&P 500 -0.38% and the S Fund which fell a whopping -1.06%. God was good to us today.

The days action left us wit the following signals: C-Neutral, S-Buy, I-Neutral, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/I. Our allotment is now +2.40% on the year not including the days results.

F Fund: Price keeps moving up and the SCTR has begun to move up. This one may work it’s way into a buy signal despite anything we may think or say. We’re looking for 40 on the SCTR here.
 World events are starting to take their toll. The continued climb of the F Fund shows the move into safe havens by investors. We’ll keep a close eye on all of it. No serious technical damage has been done just yet, but we’re inching in that direction. That’s all for tonight. Have a great evening and may God continue to bless your trades.
