Here’s what the SPY looked like today:
Today’s rally qualifies as a snapback rally, which we normally expect after support is broken. Once again volume contracted on an up day, failing to confirm the move.
I’m not convinced. Regardless of whatever kind of short-term stuff the market throws our way, intermediate-term indicators imply that the correction is not over, and that a test of the rising trend line is still likely. I won’t be surprised at more down side. By the matter of fact, I’m betting on it. That’s all for tonight. May God continue to bless your trades! Have a nice evening.
God bless,
