04/21/16

Good Evening, Techs took the market down early and it never really recovered finishing the day mixed. It seems that investors were disappointed with Alphabet (the parent company of Google), Microsoft and Starbucks. All three companies made money, but were priced for perfection which investors decided that they didn’t get. Tech in particular was punished for this transgression…..

The days wild ride left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment finished flat at 0.00%. For comparison the Dow was up slightly at +0.12%, the Nasdaq lost -0.80% which is no surprise, and the S&P 500 finished flat at 0.00%.

Wall Street ends flat; Alphabet and Microsoft tumble

The weeks action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Neutral, I-Neutral, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/C. Our allocation is now +4.85% on the year not including the days results. Here the latest posted results:

Good Day, Well this is the last blog of 2025. Was it a better year? Well the returns were better but you had to work harder to get them as well. Overall, it was a volatile year with the Fed interest rate/ Inflation issue, tariffs,  the AI trade and the government shut down dominating the…
