Good Evening, The market fell again today on the same issues, earnings and Japanese stimulus. The selling during the month of Aril was widespread. However, most of it was in tech as banks, gold and mining stocks came back into  vogue.

The days action left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment fell back another -0.66%. For comparison, the Dow lost -0.32%, the Nasdaq -0.62% and the S&P 500 -0.51%.

The months action left us with the following signals: C-Neutral, S-Neutral, I Neutral, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/S. Our allotment is now +3.90% on the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results.

Earlier in the year I said that a 5% return would be a good return in 2016 and I’m sticking to it. I don’t claim to have a crystal ball. That’s the reason I read the charts. However, I’ve had enough experience to get the feel of the market and this one feels like it’s sailing into a lot of head winds. We’ll just have to keep an eye on it! That’s all for this week.
