The indexes is currently at a critical intersection between an AI-driven valuation regime shift and rising macroeconomic pressures. Capital has not exited the market; instead, it remains concentrated in core assets with strong long-term growth narratives. As long as sector rotation persists, the broader bullish structure is likely to remain intact. However, with inflation and interest rate risks gradually building, volatility is expected to increase meaningfully. Strategy should therefore evolve from simple directional positioning toward a more refined focus on timing and capital flow dynamics. At the same time, a rebalancing between policy and capital markets is underway, making asset prices increasingly sensitive to policy expectations and liquidity conditions. In this environment, pullbacks should be viewed as structural opportunities rather than mere risks.
The current VIX thresholds are 19.05 and 19.75.
A reading below 19.05 is considered bullish, while a move above 19.75 signals a bearish outlook. With the VIX currently at 18.75—below the 19.05 threshold—the indexes is indicating a bullish bias.

VXF/SPY is crossing down under centerline 0-axis.

No negative divergence is observed on the monthly, weekly, and daily timeframes.
On the 1-hour chart, any pullback continues to present buying opportunities.
