Good Evening, The market was lower on the day and lower on the week. The bottom line is that key technical support is still holding. Remember, May starts the season when the market drifts and right now for the most part that’s what it’s doing. There are always pockets of action when there will be gains and losses but for the most part this is what lazy summer action looks like.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment gained +0.55%. For comparison, the Dow dropped -0.11%, the Nasdaq was up +0.09%, and the S&P 500 lost -0.15%. God blessed us again today!

The weeks action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Neutral, I-Buy, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/I. Our allocation is now +7.02% on the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:

Now lets take a look at the charts. All signals are annotated with green circles. If you click on the charts they will become larger.

C Fund:

S Fund: Small caps are underperforming and as a result the S Fund is getting weaker. Although, I failed to mark the signal. The Williams%R moved into a negative configuration today. On the positive side, that also means that this Fund is oversold. Lets see if it’ll bounce.

I Fund: The I Fund continues to show strength as we though it would. This is reflected by an SCTR of 83.7 which shows that we are in the right place!

F Fund: Price broke above the upper trend line. The other indicators are turning up. Could Bonds be making a run. My thought is that they moved up today as some traders took defensive action to what in their view is a down trending market. I’m not so sure just yet. Bottom line, I’m not buying anything with an SCTR of 19.9.

That’s all for tonight. Have a great weekend and I’ll see you Monday!

God bless, Scott 8-)

Good Morning, Our charts told us we were at the bottom and the fundamentals agreed. The opportunity was so compelling that we probably jumped back in a few weeks to early, but we wanted to make darn sure we were positioned for the run that would surely come. The market dipped and many chicken little…

Good Morning, Inevitably, we will have a down day and today is it. Believe it or not the S&P 500 has gone up the past nine sessions and it’s been a long time since it’s done that. So a down day today is not so bad. The recent run has pretty much put things back…

Good Afternoon, This was a Fed Driven market. It was all about when the Fed would be reducing interest rates based on inflation and that’s still the case to a certain degree, but in all actuality everything is waiting on the outcome of the tariff situation. So given that fact I’m going to say that…
