Good Evening, The minutes from the last FOMC meeting where published today and the market found them to it’s liking. In the minutes Fed members where evenly split on whether there will be 2 or 3 more rate hikes this year. The minutes further reiterated that many members did not view the labor market as being overheated and that a gradual approach to rate hikes would continue. Shortly after the release of the minutes the market rebounded from the red to finish moderately in the green for the day.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a gain of +0.15%. For comparison, the Dow was up +0.21%, the Nasdaq +0.64%, and the S&P 500 +0.32%. Praise God for another good day!

 

Wall St. ends up as Fed seen keeping gradual approach to rate hikes
