Good Evening,

Wow, another up day on low volume. It sure seems like another V-Shaped bounce. I really don’t think that’s possible with the FED now being less accommodating. Problem is, nobody is talking about the FED….

Here’s what the SPY did today. Analysis by Erin Swenlin:
“Price gapped up this morning and remained there through the close. While this breakout is substantial, it isn’t decisive just yet. A decisive breakout is a 2% move away from resistance, so we are looking for price on the SPY to reach about 193. The PMO is continuing to rise higher after the positive crossover its EMA which generated a PMO BUY signal. The PMO has now moved past previous tops and may be finally picking a direction. Volume is still well below average, but with yesterday being a holiday it isn’t surprising.”

What can I say? The bulls are in control. The breakout isn’t decisive yet though. That is normally considered to be 2% over the upper resistance level. I don’t feel comfortable chasing this. The Bulls may make me pay for my skepticism. We’ll just have to wait and see. However, this round isn’t totally over just yet. All our charts are giving buy signals now so it’s really a crap shoot. I’m just satisfied to make a small profit in bonds for now. The time may come when I’ll have to say I was wrong. Either way, I’ll keep praying and trusting God. May He continue to bless your trades!

Good Afternoon, The theme we’ve been discussing in our recent blogs has been pretty spot on. Sticky inflation and speculation over what the Fed will do about it has kept the market trading mostly sideways. There really hasn’t been a lot to gain unless you are a short term trader and if you are you…

Good Morning, Summers here and we’re all busy, so I’ll try to keep it brief this week. Last Thursday our charts showed a change in trend. So we reentered the equity market with the S Fund which had the strongest chart and were rewarded with a nice day on Monday. However, the two trading days…

The new mix is 100/S Please remember that this is the percentage of money that we have invested in each fund, not the money that is taken from your check and deposited into thrift.
