Good Evening, The market was still cheering the jobs numbers from Friday and I must admit what’s not to like. The economy is strong but is it enough to overcome the protectionist policies of the current administration? For now it seems to be holding up alright. However, it should be noted that small cap and tech stocks that are leading the current rally. What do they have in common?? They are the least likely to be effected in a trade war…..So how long can our economy buck the headwinds? The ideal outcome would be if we can avoid a trade war, but that seems more and more unlikely as the other side isn’t necessarily interested in playing fair and seems a little spoiled from the current arrangement.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a gain of +0.62%. For comparison, the Dow was up +0.72%, the Nasdaq +0.69%, and the S&P 500 +0.45%. Praise God for another good day!
