Good Evening, The market traded sideways with a slightly negative twist as investors weighed impeachment talk from the Democrats against positive comments from China’s top trade negotiator. Were it not for the impeachment proceedings the market would likely be moving higher. It is showing resiliency by staying afloat with so many negative issues. There is little doubt that it wants to rally and will do so given any relief at all from the many negative influences that keep popping up.

The days trading left us with  the following results: Our TSP allotment gave up -0.24%. For comparison, the Dow lost -0.30%, the Nasdaq -0.58%, and the S&P 500 -0.24%.

 

Wall Street dips as whistleblower report adds to investor caution

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Buy, I-Buy, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/C. Our allocation is now +7.40% for the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:
