Good Evening, The debate is over and the market moved back up. Although, the action under the surface was not that of a healthy bull. Small caps struggled while most of the gains came in high dividend paying large caps which are considered somewhat of a safe haven. I’m not even going to speculated until the election is over. Maybe not even then….

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment gained for the second session in a row at +0.12%. For comparison, the Dow added +0.74%, the Nasdaq +0.92%, and the S&P 500 +0.64%. A roller coaster ride to be sure!

 

Wall Street climbs in wake of first presidential face-off

 

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Neutral, S-Neutral, I-Neutral, F-Buy. We are currently invested at 100/F. Our allotment is now +1.80% for 2016 not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:
