Good Evening, Beware! Today’s rally was nice but more than likely it was only an oversold bounce in a downtrend. Yesterday, the Nasdaq entered correction territory. Could the S&P 500 be next? Don’t count it out. As of the writing of this blog both Amazon (AMZN) and Alphabet (GOOG) issued disappointing reports. These are both high profile stocks in the group of stocks known as FANG. Both stocks are selling off in the after hours trading. I fully expect this weakness to spill over to the broader market in the morning. The thing you must understand about the bottoming in a decline is that it is not a one day event that you can point to and say that was it. It’s more like a process. Hopefully today’s positive action was part of that process. Yes, I still expect to rally into the new year if we can just get this blasted correction over with. We will see.
The days action left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a nice gain of +2.05%. For comparison, the Dow added +1.63%, the Nasdaq +2.95% and the S&P 500 +1.86%. I thank our Lord for this day in the green.
The days action left us with the following signals: C-Neutral, S-Neutral, I-Sell, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/S. Our allocation is now -2.26% for the year. Here are the latest posted results.

Sorry but it looks like we could get some more pain in the morning. Keep praying. God will see us through this correction off just like all the others. That’s all for tonight. Have a nice evening and may God continue to bless your trades.
God bless, Scott
