Good Evening, The market was flat and we’re still in the same trading range we’ve been in for the past 3 1/2 months. Is anybody surprised? About the only ones making any money right now at the folks earning a nice dividend. As I already discussed we expect this to go on through November 8th (the election). However, we are not making any predictions on whether the market will head north or south. I intend to keep a very close eye on my charts through out the election.
The days action left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment slipped back -0.09%. For comparison the Dow dropped -0.09%, the Nasdaq gained +0.30% and the S&P 500 was flat at -0.01%.

F Fund: The F Fund generated an overall Neutral signal today when the PMO moved back into a positive configuration. Price still has some work to do before it can improve to a buy.
