Good Evening, Well it was another flat day for the market but another good day for us. Praise God for that! The market received a boost from a report that manufacturing production showed the biggest increase in three years. However, it was unable to pick up any steam due to concerns about retail spending and a report that Donald Trump gave classified information to the Russians. To me it’s pretty typical trading for May through August. Do we really need to listen to the news? Most of the time I feel like it just takes time away from watching the charts. The price action always tells the true story.

The days action left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment had another nice gain of +0.64%.  For comparison, the Dow was flat at -0.01%, the Nasdaq gained +0.33%, and the S&P 500 slipped -0.07%.
