09/21/17

Good Evening, September 25 through October 7th is historically the worst time of the year for stocks and the days leading up to that aren’t much better. That doesn’t mean you can’t make money during this time. Only that the chances of success are greatly diminished. That said our charts are good and we’re still in an uptrend with the indices all very close record highs. There’s no reason panic here. Although, I won’t be surprised if things are very choppy for the next week or two. The media excuse for all this is the threat of higher rates from the Fed. Is there anybody out there who didn’t already think there was a high probability of a rate change in December??  That’s what I thought. If I could fast forward to November 1st right now I would do it!

The days slow trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment slipped back -0.20%. For comparison, the Dow fell -0.24%, the Nasdaq -0.52%, and the S&P 500 -0.30%.

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Buy, I-Buy, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/I. Our allocation is now +14.49% on the year. Here are the latest posted results.

All we can do is suffer this season of he market until it’s over. The charts are still great so there’s no reason to make any changes at this time. That’ s all for tonight!  Have a great evening and may God continue to bless your trades!

Good Morning, Our charts told us we were at the bottom and the fundamentals agreed. The opportunity was so compelling that we probably jumped back in a few weeks to early, but we wanted to make darn sure we were positioned for the run that would surely come. The market dipped and many chicken little…

Good Morning, Inevitably, we will have a down day and today is it. Believe it or not the S&P 500 has gone up the past nine sessions and it’s been a long time since it’s done that. So a down day today is not so bad. The recent run has pretty much put things back…

Good Afternoon, This was a Fed Driven market. It was all about when the Fed would be reducing interest rates based on inflation and that’s still the case to a certain degree, but in all actuality everything is waiting on the outcome of the tariff situation. So given that fact I’m going to say that…
