Good Evening, The market continues to be in a wait and see mode with the regard to the China trade negotiations. Albeit, it did have a slightly positive bias again today thanks to benign inflation numbers that have investors feeling like the Fed won’t be in a hurry to increase rates. By and large stocks are in a trading range and moving within that range on a day to day basis in reaction to the latest headlines. Of course, China related news gets top billing…..

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a gain of +0.27%. For comparison, the Dow added +0.46%, the Nasdaq +0.08%, and the S&P 500 +0.30%. Praise God for another day in the green.

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Buy, I-Neutral, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/S. Our allocation is now +5.01% on the year. Here are the latest posted results:

Now lets take a look at the charts. All signals are annotated with green circles. If you click on the charts they will become larger.
C Fund:
S Fund:
I Fund:
F Fund: The F Fund generated an overall Neutral signal today when the PMO and MACD moved into negative configurations. Two or more negative signals or the 5 EMA below the 50 EMA or 200 EMA  or an SCTR below 40 generate a neutral signal. Any three indicators negative accompanied by both or either the 5 EMA below the 50 EMA or 200 EMA or an SCTR below 40 generate a sell signal. A buy signal is generated then the 5 EMA is above the 50 EMA and the 200 EMA, One or less indicators are negative, and the SCTR is higher than 40.
I’m happy with our allocation. Our task remains to monitor our chart for the S Fund and carefully observe how it reacts to the current trade news. That’s all for tonight. Have a great evening and may God continue to bless your trades!
God bless, Scott Sunglasses

Good Day, It’s time to adjust our mix. The new mix is 100/S. Please remember that this is the percentage of money that we have invested in each fund, not the money that is taken from your check and deposited into thrift. Those future contributions should always be 100% G Fund. That automatically protects your…

Good Morning, We got a great PCE report on Friday showing relatively tame inflation.  The Commerce Department said that the core personal consumption expenditures price index for September – which was delayed due to the record-setting U.S. government shutdown – showed an annual rate of 2.8%, lower than the 2.9% Dow Jones estimate. Core PCE’s 0.2%…

Good Morning, Well we’ve finally arrived at the last month of 2025 and I’m glad to get here. Statistically speaking December is the third beast month for the market with average return of greater than 1 percent. It seems like this year has been one where the market was on the verge of breaking out…
