Good Evening, The markets were mixed today on more uncertainty over trade talks with China.  Stocks were under pressure after a report was released saying President Donald Trump was in no rush to complete a trade pact with China. However later in the day Trump and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin both said discussions with China were progressing quickly. As we discussed in an earlier blog ,the market will likely remain in a trading range possibly with a slightly negative bias until an agreement is reached.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment slipped -0.15%. For comparison, the Dow added +0.03%, the Nasdaq dropped -0.16%, and the S&P 500 fell -0.09%. All in all it was pretty flat.

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Neutral, S-Neutral, I-Neutral, F-Buy. We are currently invested at 100/F. Our allocation is now +5.68% on the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:
