Good Evening, Mixed economic news the past two days kept the market in an undecided move. Stocks finished the day flat but in a reality there is really no problem with a little consolidation after the past two sessions rallies. No problem at all….  My indicators tell me at least for now that we’re moving higher.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment was flat at +0.00%. For comparison, the Dow fell -0.32%, the Nasdaq added +0.25%, and the S&P 500 broke even at +0.00%.

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Neutral, I-Neutral, F-Buy. We are currently invested at 100/C. Our allocation is now +9.23% on the year not including the days results. Here are the latest posted results:

Now lets take a look at the charts. All signals are annotated with green circles. If you click on the charts they will become larger.
C Fund: The C Fund generated an overall buy signal today when the MACD moved into a positive configuration. Two or more negative signals or the 5 EMA below the 50 EMA or 200 EMA  or an SCTR below 40 generate a neutral signal. Any three indicators negative accompanied by both or either the 5 EMA below the 50 EMA or 200 EMA or an SCTR below 40 generate a sell signal. A buy signal is generated then the 5 EMA is above the 50 EMA and the 200 EMA, One or less indicators are negative, and the SCTR is higher than 40.

Our allocation is performing well. Lets keep an eye on our charts and see where it goes! That’s all for tonight. Have a great evening and may God continue to bless your trades.
God bless, Scott Sunglasses

Good Afternoon, Yes, I’m a little late getting started with this today. I’ve been crazy busy dumping tech stocks and buying Industrial, Consumer discretionary, consumer staples, banks, and health care. I can’t recall this kind of vicious rotation in December in recent memory. This almost reminds me of when I was trying to figure the…

Good Day, It’s time to adjust our mix. The new mix is 100/S. Please remember that this is the percentage of money that we have invested in each fund, not the money that is taken from your check and deposited into thrift. Those future contributions should always be 100% G Fund. That automatically protects your…

Good Morning, We got a great PCE report on Friday showing relatively tame inflation.  The Commerce Department said that the core personal consumption expenditures price index for September – which was delayed due to the record-setting U.S. government shutdown – showed an annual rate of 2.8%, lower than the 2.9% Dow Jones estimate. Core PCE’s 0.2%…
