Good Evening, Just one thing I want you all to be aware of before I get started. I continue to deal with the folks controlling the site that sends out the E mails when we issue an alert. As of this date I would be unable to send out an E mail if a new alert were issued. So make sure you check the website for new alerts. This problem does not include push notifications on your phones. They are still functioning correctly. So new alerts will still show up on your phones. Of course I realize that some of you are not permitted to carry cell phones at work! I never could either!! One final way to check for new alerts is to monitor our My TSP Guide Facebook Page. I will always post there anytime a new alert is issued. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having an the Alert E-Mails. I am making every effort to resolve this issue as soon as possible while at the same time keeping this service free to any TSP participant.

The market slipped today on news that the British parliament delayed a vote on legislation to ratify a deal to leave the European Union better known as Brexit. I’m not really sure how much a no deal brexit will effect US markets, but nonetheless, it definitely weighed on today’s trading and was enough to offset positive comments from both sides of the US/China trade negotiations………Earnings were mixed today with Procter and Gamble and United Technologies beating estimates and McDonalds and Travelers Corp falling short. All in all it was a wash. Although, I will add that Of the 98 S&P 500 companies that have reported results so far, more than 80% of them have beaten Wall Street estimates. That’s still not enough to satisfy analysts though as they continue to predict that third quarter earnings will contract. We will see…

Good Day, You can read about anything you want to read about the current market. If you have a certain point of view you can find an article to assuage your feelings. It’s nice to feel good, but that kind of feel good doesn’t necessarily make you money. Just because you can find someone who…
