Pandemic

Good Evening, Folks if you ever want to gain anything in this business you must understand one principle and that is that it’s not what you make that’s important it’s what you keep! Corrections and bear markets are normal and in most cases are healthy occurrences. You plan for them and you mange them. Current investors much like investors during the dot com bubble in the 90’s have been spoiled by a market that pretty well has moved straight up for the past ten years. When there were bouts of selling they were usually followed by V shaped recoveries that prior to 2008 were as rare as hound’s teeth. So they became conditioned to automatically buy all dips and they scoffed at those that sold and protected their portfolios during downturns. When the dot com bubble finally burst in 2000 those investors lost everything they made and many cases more and it is much the same now! Learn from this and you can achieve your dreams!! Ignore it and you will be doomed to repeat the past. This is not the first pandemic that this market has faced and it likely won’t be the last. Google H1N1 and you will find out that we had a pretty bad one as recently as 2008. PANIC IS NOT A STRATEGY!!!!!!!! Keep your families and your portfolios safe. The world will eventually recover from COVID-19 and the market will recover in time to come after that. When it does there will be one to the greatest opportunities to make money that you’ve seen in your lifetime. Have a nice evening and may God bless you and keep you.
