Good Evening, The market moved higher in the morning session on good earnings report and forecast from tech firms Microsoft (MSFT) and PayPal (PYPL). However, the gains were tempered during the afternoon session on a poor report from 3M Corporation (MMM). The 3M report carried a lot of weight with investors as a US industrial company with a lot if international exposure. It is considered an industrial bellwether stock and an accurate gauge of where manufacturing in the US is heading. Most importantly the bad report was viewed by investors as a result of the ongoing trade war between the US and China. As I have said repeatedly, all things begin and end with the trade war……  This is no exception.

The days trading left us with the following results: Our TSP allotment posted a modest gain of +0.19%, For comparison, the Dow dropped -0.11%, the Nasdaq was up +0.81%, and the S&P 500 added +0.19%.

The days action left us with the following signals: C-Buy, S-Neutral, I-Buy, F-Neutral. We are currently invested at 100/C. Our allocation is now +8.44% on the year. Here are the latest posted results:
